For years, when asked how they knew something insightful, people would often reply, “A little bird told me.” My mom used to say it to me, with a smile and a wink, when I was a child. It is a favorite memory of mine. Experience + intuition + wisdom = Little Bird.
The areas where my guidance brings value are a result of decades of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, senior HR professional, licensed counselor and elite-level coach.

About Me
I am a Senior HR Professional, I have a MS in Counseling. I’ve coached elite athletes, counseled teens and adults, started two businesses, spent 20 years as a CFO/COO for the top financial advising firm in DFW.
I’ve been married forever to Tom, have three grown children, and five grandchildren. I love working out; learning anything new; reading; cooking & dancing (preferably at the same time).
